Celebration of Life

Powassan United Church is a caring community.  When someone close to you passes into spirit, we offer to be with you to celebrate their life, to give thanks for their life amongst us and to commend their spirit into God’s eternal being.

At Powassan United, we encourage the family and friends of the one who has passed into spirit, to be involved in the planning of the Celebration of Life Service.  Sometimes, they also participate by giving leadership in the Service too.  The Service can be held in the Church building, at a Funeral Home, at the graveside or another location.

To arrange for a Celebration of Life Service, either for yourself or for someone you are close to at the time of their passing, we invite you to contact our Church office, 705-724-2815; pow.chis.uc@gmail.com and ask for our Minister.
